Founded in 1929 by Howard O. Roy, Macro Companies has continued to evolve as a company over the years, establishing a tradition of providing quality products and exceptional customer service.

macro foundersIn 2005, Macro’s Emergency Fuel Management division was born when it answered the call to provide emergency fuel services during the Hurricane Katrina disaster. It was during that event that Macro began to understand the need and demand for an immediate response team that could provide fuel in critical emergency situations, regardless of the location. The widespread flooding of New Orleans made it clear that achieving results and getting fuel where it was needed, would require a fleet of specialized equipment that was not only safe and mobile, but also designed to work in the most hostile of environments.

Today, Macro owns and operates the industry’s largest fleet of fuel transportation and dispensing equipment 100% dedicated to emergency response – which means we can respond more quickly and efficiently to any disaster. Our experience and comprehensive approach to emergency fuel management is unsurpassed in the industry, committed to the highest standards of safety and adherence to environmental regulations. We provide service 24/7 and 365 days a year, with capabilities including delivery of transport loads of fuel (gasoline, diesel, Jet A or Avgas), mobile vehicle fueling, temporary fuel depots, fuel logistics services and more.

Now in its third generation as a family-owned business, Macro Companies continues to meet the needs of the many customers we are privileged to serve.
